Crank it to the top setting and watch the letters leave
Low is a breeze. Medium wobbles things. High detaches the logo and sends it off the right edge of the frame, and the last setting is stupid in the way it needs to be. Nothing survives it.
The blades genuinely spin faster at each step rather than just cycling a fixed animation, so at the top setting you get that strobing effect where the whole thing looks like it’s turning backwards. That’s your monitor lying to you, not a bug.

Most versions of this trick shrink the fan down to a little icon in the corner with a huge empty white margin around it. Not this one. It fills the frame edge to edge, guard, spindle and all, because a fan you can barely see isn’t much of a fan.
Search spelling is a disaster
Goggle fan, gogle fan, googlefan, google fan 2, google fan 3d. All of them land in the same place. The google fan trick is one of those things people have heard about second-hand and typed from memory, badly.
Wind, gravity, same idea
Blowing the page sideways is a cousin of dropping it. Google gravity pulls everything down and lets you throw the wreckage around. Floating google pushes it up instead. Google black hole pulls it into a single point and keeps it.
Softer option: let it snow google, which also drifts things across the screen but politely. Everything else is on google easter eggs.
