Crossplay functionality in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt is limited to the Prague map where matches occur. Thus, once a match begins, you may encounter players from different platforms.

However, the Elysium, which serves as our game lobby, is platform-specific, preventing players from grouping up with those on other platforms while in the Elysium. Nonetheless, once you’ve entered Prague, you can engage in battles with them.
The same limitation applies to cross-progression; even if players log into the same account, their progression remains tied to specific consoles. Therefore, crossplay is limited to the extent that you can engage in matches with players from different platforms, but you lack the ability to choose specific players—meaning no teaming up with friends between PC and PS5, sadly.
Currently, any vampire alliances you form must be restricted to players on the same platform as you. Nevertheless, we can still experience the timeless frustrations of players using mouse-and-keyboard clashing with those using controllers.
